We're looking for a Product Designer to craft the UX of an AI-native CRM — making complex sales workflows feel simple, and making AI feel like a teammate, not a black box.
About the role
You'll own design across core product surfaces: pipeline views, deal intelligence, AI-drafted outreach, and automations. Flux sits at the intersection of dense data and high-stakes decisions, so clarity and speed matter more than decoration.
What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end design for major product initiatives — research through high-fidelity UI
- Partner with engineering to ship polished, accessible interfaces in our design system
- Prototype AI-assisted flows and validate them with sales teams and customers
- Evolve Flux's visual language while keeping the product focused and scannable
- Contribute to our shadcn-based component library and design standards
What we're looking for
- 4+ years designing B2B SaaS products, ideally data-heavy or workflow tools
- Strong visual craft and systems thinking
- Comfort designing for AI-powered features (transparency, trust, control)
- Portfolio that shows simplification of complex problems
- Bonus: experience with sales, CRM, or revenue operations tools
