We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the core of Flux — the AI CRM that turns customer signals into closed deals.
About the role
You'll work across our TypeScript stack (Next.js, Node, Postgres) shipping features that sales teams feel immediately: pipeline intelligence, real-time sync, and AI-assisted workflows. This is a high-ownership role on a small, senior team where your code ships fast and reaches revenue teams within days, not quarters.
What you'll do
- Design and build product features end-to-end — from API to UI
- Own critical systems like deal scoring, email/calendar integrations, and automations
- Partner with product and design to turn ambiguous sales workflows into elegant software
- Improve reliability, performance, and developer experience across the codebase
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript experience and comfort with React/Next.js
- Experience with relational databases and API design
- Pragmatic approach to AI/ML integration (you don't need to be an ML researcher)
- Bonus: B2B SaaS, CRM, or sales tooling background
